Music Director Report: Jun. 13

Dear Trinity Church,

Trinity Sunday marks the conclusion of the choir year, and while a formal thank-you will be included in the July Chimes, it's always worth saying again: we are deeply grateful for the dedication, talent, and hard work of our Trinity Choir.

To close the season, the choir will offer Mozart’s Missa brevis in D Minor, K. 65 with strings and organ. Soloists include Vidita Kannicks (Soprano), Elise Hyder (Mezzo-Soprano), Jack K. Cox (Tenor), and Cole Stephenson (Bass).

This Sunday will also be Cole Stephenson’s final Sunday with us as Bass Section Leader. He will be singing with the Cincinnati Opera Chorus this summer before moving to New Haven, Connecticut, to pursue an MMA in Opera. (He and Kaylan Hernandez will continue as classmates.) We also extend our warm congratulations to Cole on his recent wedding in Iowa!
